Support Area: Control Center Overview

Getting There

To access your site Control Center, go to one of these 2 links:

www.<yourdomain.com>/menu
-or-
<Your_IP_address>/menu

(NOTE: Substitute your domain name for 'yourdomain.com')

If you just signed up, you will likely need to use the IP address until your domain is registered/transferred and propagated (generally a few days).

Control Center screen

The Control Center is divided into categories for easy navigation. The menu is at left, and the center section changes depending on which category you are in. The Main Menu displays account information such as disk space usage, account information such as username, and more. When you first log in you are placed at the Main Menu, to return at any time click the "Main Menu" selection at the top of the "Menu" or the icon at the top right of the screen.

Information Area

This portion of the Control Center screen shows you valuable information about your account, including:
- Basic account info such as userid, IP address, and package
- Account start date, plan type, and status
- A listing of any Parked domains
- Disk usage and amount remaining
- # of email accounts in use and remaining
- Month-to-date bandwidth (transfer) used and remaining
- Language selection for Control Center text (available in French, Spanish, and German in addition to English)

When you click on one of the categories, the center of the screen will update to show the tools available for that category. NOTE: your plan may show different categories and/or tools

For example, above is the set of tools for the "PowerScriptz!' category. Clicking any one will bring you to the interface for that tool.
